Inspiration to other magicians.

Harry Houdini was the greatest illusionist of all time and also the greatest escape artist. Many modern magician from this day have gotten their inspiration from Harry Houdini. Magicians like David Copperfield, David Blaine and others magicians have also known and heard about him. Some of the modern magicians tricks or stunt have been inspired from Houdini acts before.

This is the photo of Harry Houdini and his wife Bess Houdini. They both married in June 1894. They are both happily married until his death in 1926. Although, they have no children but they perform the show together. His wife was a stage assistant. They both buried in different places.  Houdini was a Jewish and he was buried in Queens, New York. His wife who was a stagehand and often part of his act, survived him for almost 17 years and wished to be interred beside him. At her death, her wish was denied and they both were interred in two different cemeteries, in two different countries of New York state.
